2. To provide participants with an update on the current culture/climate at OU, within the state, and across the country
3. To promote intentional alignment with the OUHSC Strategic plan
4. To encourage participants to develop tools for inclusion when working with students, faculty, staff, patients, community, and family members.
5. To discuss the implications around the illusion of inclusion versus open and honest communication
6. To promote dialogue and discovery to promote the mission of excellence in teaching and learning
